摘要 应用蔬菜水培技术,分别在生菜、芥菜、蕹菜上进行栽培应用研究,通过采用适宜、实用的输液循环与栽培系统,确定最佳营养液配方及适宜栽培方式,提出生菜、芥菜、蕹菜的水培管理技术。应用结果表明:水培蔬菜不仅可以缩短从播种至商品采收的时间,而且产品具有无病虫、无污染、脆嫩、不易老化、无异味等特点,水培直播生菜、芥菜、蕹菜的产量,每公顷分别达到31080kg、32160kg和32460kg。 The water planting technology had been applied on romaine lettuec,leaf mustard and water spinach.Through the suitable and practical circulated infusion and cultural system,the optimum prescription of the nutrition liguid and the suitable cultural style were deternined.Thus,the managing technology of water planting of romaine lettuce,leaf mustard and water spinach was carried out.The result showed that,through such technology,the growing period of the above mentioned vegetables was shorter,the products were without pollution,tender,uneasy to be ageing and without peculiar smell.The output of the romaine lettuce,leaf mustard and water spinach was 31080kg/hectare,32160kg/hectare and 32460kg/hectare respectively.
