本文根据近年来我公司备件的消耗及库存情况,分析了备件消耗逐年增高,库存偏高的原因,提出了备件管理降耗利库的合理性措施.
This paper analysis the reason why the spare parts consumption is going higher and higher year by year according to the Company s consumption and inventory, and puts forward rationalized measures for spare parts management.
