本文分析了国有企业分配制度存在的弊端,阐述了改革分配制度、建立按劳分配、效率优先的工资分配制度和辅之以职工参股的分配措施.
In this article the author analyzes the disadvantage existing in distribution system of state-owned enterprise, and lists out the content of wage and salary distribution system and capital stock participation measures.
