本文论述了现代企业经营决策者企业家应具备的基本素质,阐明企业家不仅是企业重要的生产要素,而且是最重要的资源,是企业兴衰成败的关键所在.
This paper discusses the fundamental diathesis that modem entrepreneurs should have, describes that entrepreneurs are not only the key elements for enterprises, but the important resources and the key points determining the success or defeat of the enterprises.
