本文根据《中国教育改革与发展纲要》提出的“建设一支具有良好素质、结构合理、相对稳定的教师队伍”的要求。对四川农大体育教育教学工作的效益及启示进行了综合分析认为，应进一步转变观念和教学指导思想、探索新思路，提高教师整体素质，以适应社会主义市场经济体制的建立及高校教育改革与发展新形势的要求。

According to the claim of The Outline of Reform and Development of Chinese Education, and its requirement of building a team of teachers with good quality, a reasonable composition and relative stability, and after studying the beneficience and enlightenment from the work of PE in Sichuan Agricultural University Comprehensively, we think it necessary to transfer the point of view, develop new thought, explore new ways and improve the teachers' quality further. Only do that can we be suited to the demand of the economic system of socielized market and the new situation of the reformation and development for education in colleges.
