抢断球技术作为篮球运动中一项重要的个人防守技术，越来越得到重视和研究。本文就抢断地位、作用、特点、动作方法及应用中情况，提出一些见解。
As an important personal technique in defense in basketball games, stealing has been increasingly attracting emphasis and focus. This paper, in light of its plale, role, feature, method and application in contests, the authors put forward their ideas on this important technique.\=
