Investigations show that students and teachers, teachers and their administrative leaders all expect their physical education (PE) teachers to be both politically-sound and vocationally proficient, which is also the the PE theachers' professional requirements. Therefore, it is essential for PE teachers to be wholly devoted, responsible and professionally competent. To accelerate the fulfilment of their professional requirements needs to improve the external conditions. To raise the PE teachers' professional reputation and income is an effective approach to speed up the fulfilment of their professional requirements.
