浅论田径运动教学中专门练习的运用

由田径运动技术本身的特点决定，在田径运动教学中广泛采用专门练习。但在各级学校的教学中对专门练习的选择，对专门练习的运用，对专门练习的要求还存在不少的问题，往往使用专门练习和学习技术分家。为提高田径技术教学效果，作者对专门练习的重点性、整体性、连贯性、阶段性进行了总结和探讨。

According to the techenical speciality in track\|and\|field events, the special training has been widely used in the teaching of track\|and\|field events. But the choice, application and request in special training differs from school to school, and this might give rise to the division of special training methods and have a good result in track\|and\|field events, the author entirety, coherency and stage in this essay.
