摘要
目的:评价珊瑚/胶原/重组人骨形成蛋白-2 (rhBMP-2)复合人工骨的骨诱导活性。 方法:将珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2 植入大鼠背部肌肉内,以珊瑚/胶原或珊瑚/rhBMP-2 植入作对照。术后1 周和4周取材,通过组织学和计算机图像分析评价其异位诱导成骨情况。 结果:珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2 植入后1 周,在局部诱导软骨形成;4 周,形成含骨髓的板层骨;诱导成骨的量有明显的rhBMP-2 剂量依赖性(P< 0.001)。珊瑚/胶原或珊瑚/rhBMP-2 植入区无骨或软骨形成。 结论:珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2 复合人工骨具有良好的异位骨诱导活性。
Objectives: To examine the osteoinductivity of combination of recombinant human BMP 2 (rhBMP 2), collagen and coral. Methods:The combination of rhBMP 2, collagen and coral disc was implanted in a back muscle pouch of the rat, and combination of coral and rhBMP 2 or coral and collagen only used as the control. One or four weeks after implantation, osteoinduction was examined by histological evaluation and histomorphometry. Results: All implants of coral/collegan/rhBMP 2 showed cartilage on the surface and in the pores of coral at one week, lamellar bone with bone marrow at four weeks and the coral was absorbed partially, and the induced formation of cartilage and bone was rhBMP 2 dose related. All implants of coral/rhBMP 2 or coral/collagen did not show any bone or cartilage formation. Conclusions: The combination of rhBMP 2, collagen and coral possesses a superior osteoinductivity and would be expected to develop as a `self regenerating bone implant' for clinical use in the future.
