摘要
目的:测定大黄及其他样品中的五种游离蒽醌(芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚)的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法以甲醇、水、氯仿和冰醋酸混合液(500∶80∶25∶2,v/v)为流动相,色谱柱采用YWG-C18不锈钢柱,紫外254nm波长检测。样品经乙醚处理挥干后流动相溶解进样测定,12min可完成一次测定过程。结果与结论:结果准确、灵敏,回收率高,是适用于药品质量监测、优化有效成分的提取方法。
Objectives: To determine five antraquinones(Aloeemodin, Rhein, Emodin, Chrysophanol,Physcion) in chinese Rhubuarbs and other samples by RPHPLC with a simple and rapid method. Methods: The analytical column was packed with YWGC18 .The mobile phase consisted of methanolwaterchloroformacetic acid(50080252,v/v),and detected by UV detector at a wavelength of 254nm. The sample was injected directly into the HPLC system after soluted with mobile phase. Results: Using this method,Chinese Rhubuarbs, Polygonum multiflorum, Xin Baoshen Pian and extract of Chinese Rhubarbs were determined. Conclusions: This method is accurate,sensitive and has high takeback rate.
