股骨干骨折波形接骨板或加压接骨板固定比较

The efficacy of wave plate in treatment of femoral shaft fracture :An comparison study with compressive plate

目的：波形接骨板是我院自行设计的用于治疗股骨干骨折的新型内固定器材，为了解其临床应用效果，与加压接骨板进行了比较研究。方法：分别应用波形接骨板和加压接骨板治疗成人股骨干骨折５６例和４９例，比较其疗效和并发症。结果：波形接骨板组５６例，共有３例并发症（５％），再手术２例；加压接骨板组４９例，共有１４例并发症（２８．６％），再手术７例。

Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of the wave plate in treatment of femoral shaft fracture. Methods: Wave plate was designed as new internal fixation instrument in Jinling Hospital.The efficacy of the wave plate in treatment of femoral shaft fracture was elvaluated compared with compressive plate. Results: Of the 56 patients in the wave plate group ,3 patients presented complications,2 cases in 3 patients underwent second operation;of the 85 patients in the compressive plate group,14 patients presented complications,7 cases in 14 patients underwent second operation. Conclusions: In comparison with the compressive plate,the wave plate has predominant advantages.
