略论我国实施扩大内需政策的经济背景

A Discussion on Economic Background to Carry Out the Policy of Enlarging Domestic Demand

本文对我国实施扩大内需政策的经济背景及与此相关的问题作了较为深入的论述。论述中认为：近两年来，我国市场严重疲软，其表现是商品滞销，物价持续２１ 个月下降。这种疲软的性质，用马克思主义经济学观点来判别，应属生产相对过剩的危机；当前市场严重疲软，物价下降的直接原因是人们有支付能力的需求不足，并对此作了四个方面的分析；市场疲软，消费需求不足，物价下降的后果是不利于经济稳定持续发展，并对治理措施从五个方面作了论述。

The thesis makes a deep discussion on economic background to carry out the policy of enlarging domestic demand and corresponding problems. The author thinks that our market is seriously weak in recent two years, for example, unsalable goods, downward price trend in successive twenty-one months. The nature of weakness is the crisis of relative overproduction by Marxist political economy. The article analyses the direct reason of weak market and downward price is the shortfall in demand for paying ability from four aspects. It also analyses that weak market, shortfall in demand for consumption and downward price will disadvantage the stable and successive development of economy and discusses the improving measures from five aspects.
