This thesis focuses on the discussion of the relationships between sustainable development and the theory of taking the social whole benefits basis of legistation, macro-controlling law and market regulating law. It holds that the accomplishments of the theory of sustainable development have enriched the theory of economic law and further promoted its development. And the economic law, in turn, guarantees the realization of the sustainable development strategy.
