论中东欧国家转型中的社会经济特征

On Social and Economic characteristics in Transformation of Middle-eastern European Countries

本文以中东欧国家转型和区域经济、政治关系重新构造过程中的经济增长、经济体制、相互间经济一体化机制、对外经济关系方向调整及政治趋向为主要着眼点，分析和阐述其变化中形成的主要特征。

With a view to the economic growth, the economic system, the machanism of their mutual economic intergration, the adjustment of orientation of foreign trade and the political trend in the transformation of the middle-eastern European Countries and the reestablishment of the regional economy and the politial relationship, this paper represents an interpretative analysis of the chief characteristics formed in all these changes, which affords reference for our country in developing economic relations with the middle-eastern European countries.
