欧元启动至今已半年多，其汇价波动幅度较大，使人们对欧元的前景产生忧虑；笔者认为欧元启动初期的疲弱是由其自身所具有的一些不稳定性以及欧盟经济疲软所造成的。事实上，从经济实力、政策取向和法律制度上看，欧元具备保持稳定的基础。有强大的经济实力做后盾的欧元，完全能渡过难关。

It has been half a year since Euro started her journey. Her Wider fluctuation of rate of exchange made many people begin to worry about her prospects. The author thinks Euros weakness at the beginning resulted from her own some instability and the weak economic strength of EMU(European Economic and Monetary Union). In fact, Judged from economic strength, policy Options and law system, Euro has good bases to sustain stability. With the help of powerful backing, Euro can tide over the whole difficulties and own a bright future.
