摘要
目的:研究妊娠期妇女血浆纤维蛋白原的水平与功能。方法:用蕲蛇酶水解纤维蛋白原,采取计算机血动检测系统测定。结果:妊娠(>20周)妇女40例,其测定值:①纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率(FMPV)为0.801± 0.190;②最大吸光度(A_(max))为0.386±0.075;③凝固性纤维蛋白原含量(S)为454±85 mg/dl;④反应延滞时间(DT)为5±2sec;⑤纤维蛋白原功能与量的比值(FMPV/A_(max))为2.075。结论:妊娠期妇女血浆中纤维蛋白原水平上调,分子功能亢进,表明机体处于高凝状态,应采取防治血栓形成的措施。
Objective: Study of plasma fibrinogen level and function on pregnancy women. Method: Scutulase hydrolyzed fibrinogen, and calculator atuomatic detection system were used for detection. Results: pregnancy women ( > 20 weeks) 40 cases, its detection value: ①Fibrin monomer polymerization reaction speed (FMPV) was 0.801 ± 0.190; ②Maximum attraction luminosity (Amax) was 0.386 ± 0.075;③Fibrinogen concentration (s) was 4.54 ±0.85 g/L;④reaction delayed time (DT) was 5 ± 2 (sec) ;⑤FMPV/Amax was 2.075. Conclusion: Plasma fibrinogen concentration increases and its molecule function excessively enhance in the pregnancy women. This study showed that pregnancy women were hige - coagulation state. Therefore, we should take measures to combat the thrombosis.
