去年下半年 ,曾经在一些地方出现了把文物变价抵资、作股上市的做法。文章指出 ,这种做法以追求经济效益和高额利润为唯一目的 ,混淆了文物作为社会公益事业与一般经济产业和经济实体之间的本质差别 ;是以取消文物事业的社会功能、牺牲文物事业的利益为代价的 ;是对祖先、对后代、对历史的不负责任。因此 ,它从根本上违背文物自身规律 ,有损于文物事业健康发展。对此 ,应当坚决反对 。

In the second half of last year,cultural relics in some places were used to substitute for capital and go on the market as stocks.This article points out that the aim of doing so is to seek for economic benefits and high profits,thus obscuring the essential difference between social public welfare and general economic property and entity. It also rejects the social function of cultural relics at the cost of sacrificing the benefit of cultural relic undertakings.It is irresponsible for forerunners,descendants and history. Therefore,it is simply not in line with the law of cultural relic itself and not favourable for the healthy development of cultural relic undertakings. For this, it must be opposed and checked absolutely.
