和政县文化馆馆藏晚第三纪古脊椎动物化石含爬行纲和哺乳纲，为6目53个属种。本文具体介绍了这批化石的特征及其意义和价值，并对这批化石保护和进一步开发提出了自己的建议。
In this article, the author has made the detailed introduction to the features and value of the fossils of palaeovertebrate, which has the classof mammal and reptile with 6 orders of 53 genus, and also put forward some suggestions on preserving and further exploring these fossils.
