本文阐述了对秋制越年蚕种冬季浴消时施行浸酸消毒,分离不受精卵,以利提高蚕种质量,增加蚕种数量.试验3年来,平均良卵率提高1.14%,淘汰率降低了 5.26%.
ABSTRACT In order to improve the quality and raise the quantity of silkworm eggs, trials weremade in 1995-1997, in which autumn-produced hibernating eggs were hydrochlorized and sterile eggs were sorted out in winter washing and disinfection. The average percentage of good eggs in the three years' experiments rose by 1. 14% and culling rate dropped by 5.26%.
