导出了HPF的通带截止频率fp与特征频率f0的关系式，并通过对比找到了HPF与LPF的又一对偶关系──通带截止频率的对偶关系，从而解决了文献[1]中未明确指出的问题。

The relationship between fp and f0 about HPF is derived and the dualistic relationship between HPF and LPF that is the dualistic relationship of cut-off frequency of passband is found by comparison and there by the problem is not clear in textbook I is resolved
