论激励理论在写作训练中的应用

摘要 写作训练是写作教学中的重点和难点。在写作训练中引入行为科学的激励理论,变“要我写”为“我要写”,是解决写作教学过程中这一重点和难点的一种有效的、事半功倍的方法。本文结合笔者多年写作教学实践,从理论和实践两方面对这一问题进行了阐述。 The training of writing is a difficult and important point in teaching of writing. To solve the problem effectively and to get twofold results with half the effort, motivation theory of behavioceral science should be introduced into the training of writing to turn the idea of 'I am wanted to write'into that of 'I want to write'. In accordance with his many years of teaching of writing, the author, in this article, elaborates the problem in terms of both theory and practice.
