Thoughts of Developing Shaanxi Rural Economy in the Times of Information

知识经济作为一种全新的发展形态，已成为全世界关注的焦点。本文从陕西经济发展的实际出发，着重探索在迎接知识经济时代的背景下，陕西农村经济发展的思路和对策，并为政府决策提供如下政策建议：一是高举科教兴陕和科教兴农的旗帜，加速陕西农业增长方式的转变；二是推进农业产业化进程，提高农业产出效益；三是大力发展乡镇企业，加快农村工业化步伐。

The Information economy, as a new form of social development, is the focus of the world's affention.This paper, in accordance with the reality of Shaanxi's economic development, presents ways to meet the coming information economy and promote Shaanxi's economy, and also gives the following advice to the goverment for policy-making as: 1)Holding high the banner of vitalizing Shaanxi through science and education to speed up the transforming ways of agricultural growth;2)Pushing forward industrializing agriculture to increase the output of agriculture;3)Developing township enterprises to quicken the steps of industrializing the rural areas.
