摘要
本文探讨了环境与校风的辩证关系，并提出了优化育人环境与整顿校纪校风的具体思路。
In this article the dialectical relatimship is discussed and the specific train of thought is put forward to improve the educating environment, strengthen the school discipline and rectify the school spirit.
