摘要
采用设计结构矩阵表示设计活动间的结构特征提出了设计过程中耦合活动识别以及设计过程中各活动级别划分的算法并以冲模设计过程为例应用该算法进行活动重组和过程优化得到了能体现并行设计特点的冲模设计过程结构模型
Design structure matrix is used to show the structure characteristics in design, Ideatification of coupling is discussed and algorithms in the design process are presented. Taking punching machine as an example, the algorithms are applied to reorganize and optimize design activities, and as a result, a purching machine design process structure model is obtained, which embodies its parallel design features.
