分析了真空滤油机等的吸油腔处于真空状态的设备齿轮泵动轴密封失效现象，研究了失效原因．针对此问题，通过分析和试验提出了切实可行的改进方案，并经过计算使改进方案进一步细化．

This paper analyzes seal’s losing efficacy of gear pump’s driving shaft when the pump’s drawing oil's room is in vacuum, and researches the reason of losing efficacy. A feasible improving methed is put forward by analysing and testing. The method is refined by calculating to solve the problem of drying machines,oil filter machines and so on .
