摘要
运用先进的高频逆变技术和微电子控制技术设计研制的逆变式多功能电源——便携式逆变焊镀充电多用机,采用“半桥式功放级供电中点电压自动控制调节装置”,在技术上解决了逆变功放电路因偏磁而造成的逆变颠覆,有效地解决了大功率逆变器的可靠性问题;进行多种外特性的综合设定,实现了垣流与恒压输出的合一;与传统焊机相比,实现了开环和闭环状态下都互不影响的低压直流电瓶和高压交流双供电.
The multifunetional inverter power source-the handy inverter welding, plating &. charging manchine, developed with advanced inverter and micro-electronies control techniques, adopts 'half-bridge power expansion supply midpoint voltagc autocontrol setting, and technlcally and eflectively having solved inverter subvision of inverter power expansion circuit for leaning magnetism, reliability of high-power inverter setting, achives combination of constantcurrent and constanlvoltage export, and ecallzes low-voltage DC and high-voltage AC doublc power supply.
