摘要
目的 :研究潜艇艇员耐力体操的训练强度和对受训人员体能与肺功能的作用。方法 :9名 2 4~ 3 6岁健康男性海军军人进行 1套 /次 (约 6~ 8min) ,2次 /d ,连续 14d的体操锻炼 ,采用负荷心率、恢复心率图及血乳酸 (BLA)评价体操的强度 ,用肺功能、哈佛台阶试验、背肌力、安静心率等指标评价其锻炼效果。结果 :做操过程中平均心率最高达 14 8次 /min ,操后 3min血BLA平均增高 2 .6mmol/L ,说明能达到中等强度训练效果。与锻炼前基础对照值比较 ,受试人员背肌力在有氧耐力操锻炼14d后无显著变化 ,安静心率显著降低 ,哈佛台阶试验踏阶功率有上升趋势 ,用力肺活量 (FVC)、最大通气量 (MVV)均显著增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :此套潜艇艇员用耐力操属中等强度训练体操 ,能有效提高受训人员体能和肺功能。
Objective: To study the training intensity of Submariner Endurance Exercise(SEE) and the effects of SEE on the subjects' physical capacity and pulmonary function. Methods: Nine healthy Navy enlisted men participated in this study which lasted 14 days. Each of them did SEE twice daily and one set each time. The exercise intensity was evaluated with load and recovery heart rate graphy and blood lactic acid(BLA), and the training effect was estimated with pulmonary function, Harvard step test (HST), back muscle strength (BMS) and quiet heart rate (QHR). Results: The mean peak value of the heart rate was 148 beats/min during the exercise. The BLA was increased by 2.6mmol/L at the third minute after the exercise. It suggested an effect of medium training intensity was achieved. Compared with the basic value prior to exercise, BMS had no significant changes. QHR was reduced remarkably. HST power tended to rise. Both FVC and MVV were increased significantly. Conclusion: The SEE is an exercise of medium intensity. It can improve the subjects' physical capacity and pulmonary function efficiently.
