HY-2型轻便式反渗透海水淡化装置的研制

Development of a Portable Reverse Osmosis Seawater Desalting Device(Type HY-2)

目的 :为南沙岛礁部队、小型舰船等提供可移动性的轻便式海水淡化装置 ,以解决淡水供应不足的困难 ,并保障战时应急饮用水的供给。方法 :采用反渗透海水淡化技术 ,通过海水预处理、高压反渗透脱盐等程序 ,从海水中获取可饮用的淡水。结果 :研制轻便式反渗透海水淡化装置样机 2台 ,整机自重 93kg ,经技术性能试验和南沙现场试用考核 ,各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。结论 :该装置结构紧凑 ,性能可靠 ,操作简便 ,体积小 ,重量轻 ,便于搬运 ,可适应南沙恶劣气候环境。

Aim: To provide a portable and practical seawater desalting device which can be used to supply fresh water for daily and wartime emergency use to personnel on Nan Sha islands and on small ships. Methods: Seawater preparatory treatment, high pressure reverse osmosis desalination and other techniques were used to produce fresh water from seawater. Results: Two prototypes of portable RO seawater desalting device were developed, each weighing 93 kg. They passed both the performance test and field test on Nan Sha islands. The results showed that all the technical targets could meet the designed requirements. Conclusion: This device is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight. Besides it is easy to operate and quite reliable. Therefore it can adapt to the vile climate in the area of Nan Sha.
