针刺配合走罐治疗五更泻的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture Plus Movable Cupping for Treatment of Predawn Diarrhea

目的 观察针刺配合走罐治疗五更泻的疗效。方法 将 98例五更泻病人随机分为两组 ,治疗组 5 6例 ,给予针刺行烧山火法后应用电针 ,配合沿背部膀胱经及督脉走罐治疗 ;观察组 4 2例 ,予以针刺行平补平泻手法 ,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 两组治愈率及总有效率均具有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。

Purpose To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus movable cupping for treatment of predawn diarrhea.Method Ninety eight patients with predawn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group of 56 cases receiving acupuncture with a heat producing technique in cooperation with movable cupping along dorsal bladder and Du meridians and a observation group of 42 cases receiving acupuncture with an even reinforcing reducing technique. The curative effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results There were significant differences in cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion Acupuncture in cooperation with movable cupping is an effective method for treating predawn diarrhea.
