According to definition of statistic character of probability, the paper pointed out that'prob-ability being zero' is not only a character of impossible event, but also a character of possibility, whichis very small, nearly never happens, or is not absolutely impossible, and explained why' zero - Proba-bility event mayn't be impossible event'.
