摘要
“一主两辅型”人才培养模式应当以应用型为主,以外向型、复合型为辅,根据当地经济发展需要明确培养目标,优化学生知识能力结构。据此,宁波高专精化理论教学,强化实践教学,建立模块式教学体系,开设选修模块,实施学分制管理,取得了良好效果。
The training model of 'One-main and two-secondary' talents should take applied as the main and foreign-affair-oriented and comprehensive as the two secondary elements.The training objective should be stated clearly and the students' knowledge and capabilities should be bettered in accordance with the local economic development. Thus Ningbo Polytechnic College stengthened theoretical teaching and practical teaching, set up teach1ng systems of patterns, offered elective patterns, carried out credit management and has achieved good effects.
