“一主两辅型”人才培养模式应当以应用型为主，以外向型、复合型为辅，根据当地经济发展需要明确培养目标，优化学生知识能力结构。据此，宁波高专精化理论教学，强化实践教学，建立模块式教学体系，开设选修模块，实施学分制管理，取得了良好效果。

The training model of 'One-main and two-secondary' talents should take applied as the main and foreign-affair-oriented and comprehensive as the two secondary elements.The training objective should be stated clearly and the students' knowledge and capabilities should be bettered in accordance with the local economic development.
