高炉模块式炉身温度场的研究

摘要 应用有限单元法对模块式炉身温度场进行区域离散,对乌克兰大型模块式炉身各截面在不同边界条件下的二维温度场分布进行了计算,得到各特征截面二维温度场分布图。证明模块式炉身温度场分布合理,其利用渣皮工作的原理是可行的;论证了乌克兰设计中冷却水管间距、冷却水流速、管径及水温取值的依据。 In this paper, a regional discrete proces is made for the modular temperature field of stack by finiteelenent method. The distribution of planar temperature field in various sections of the big medular stack in Ukraneis talculated through the computer program obtained from the methematical medel under different beundary condi-tioms. So a distribution graph of planar temperature field in all particular sectiom results. It may be concluded bymeans of analysing these planar temperature field, that the disttibution of temperature field in modular stack isrational,and the principle of using slag shell in operation is feasible. A calculating method i5 provided for futuredesign by demonstrating the basis of the spacing between anling pipes, pioe's diameter, velocity and tmperature ofcooling water in the Ukrane's design.
