摘要
根据低速重载火轴承动态特性、故障信号特征,对其振动信号和声发射信号分别从软件和硬件实现包络,并对包络信号进行频谱分析,准确诊断出大轴承的部位和类型,经现场验证分析诊断结果是正确的。
The paper presents envelops of both vibration and acoustic emission signals with respect to software and hardware based on dynamic characters and fault characteristcs of large bearing under heavy load and low speed The type and position of fault in the bearing have been found by means of frequency spectrum analyzing and have been well confirmed by field check.
