摘要
本文依据少年的生理特点、通过对各种力量对机体的影响、运动素质训练敏感期、跨栏跑运动项目所需力量的基本分析,讨论了安排各种力量训练的顺序,研究了速度力量、力量耐力和最大力量的训练手段与方法。
According to the phisiological characteristics of the youngster and byanalysing the effect to the body by various strength and the strength needed inhurdle running,this essay discusses the order of various strength training arrange-ment and training mcans and methods for speed strength,strength endurance andmaximum strength.
