摘要
本文以女生生理与心理的基本特征和中长跑项目特点为依据,分析了女生在中长跑项目学习中的生理、心理障碍,试图将常规教法与心理学手段结合起来,以减少学生的生理障碍,消除学生的心理障碍,为提高女生中长跑的教学效果提供一些方法学依据。
Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of girl students and middle-long distance running, this essay analyses the obstacles of themand tries to combine oridinary teaching means with psychological means so as todecrease their physiologlcal obstacles and remove their psychological obstacles. Itprovides some method basis to improve the teaching effect.
