摘要
本课题经过5年的调查和实验，对农村学校体育师资队伍建设的途径和方法进行了探索，并收到较好效果。
Through a five-year period of investigation and experiment,this subjectof study probes into the ways and methods for the construction for P. E. teachers inthe countryside schools and has got good results.
