皮层脑电图监测在外科手术治疗顽固性癫痫中的意义

SIGNIFICANCE OF ECoG MONITORING IN TREATING REFRACTORY EPILEPSY BY SURGICAL OPERATION

目的:探讨皮层脑电图监测在外科手术治疗顽固性癫痫中的价值。方法:采用脑电监护仪在外科手术过程中进行切除前、后地毯式描记。结果:满意73％,改善19％,有效率达92％。结论:ECoG监测在外科手术治疗顽固性癫痫中有重要价值。

Purpose: To study the value of ECoG in treating refractory epilepsy by surgery. Method: All patients performed ECoG carpet drawing by using VEEG -1600 Model EEG Monitor before and after resection during operation. Results:(1) Satisfactory outcome is 73%, (2) Marked improvement is 19%, (3) Efficient outcome is 92%. Conclusion : The authour feel that ECoG monitorings has important value in treating refractory epilepsy by surgery.
