摘要
本文通过分析镀黑铬的电化学反应机理,提出了一种陀螺仪大壳体镀黑铬的新工艺,并说明了镀液成分、工艺条件、杂质离子对镀黑铬的影响。经实践证明,新镀液的分散能力好,而且所得黑铬镀层具有活性,可以实现二次镀黑铬,是一种实用有效、省工时、节能源的新工艺。
This paper puts forward a new process for plating black chromium on gyroscope casing by analyzing the electrochemical reaction mechanism of plating black chromium,and indicates the composition of plating solution, process condition, and the effect of impurity ion on plating black chromium. It is proved in practice that the new plating solution has good dispersive capacity, and the finished black chromium plating has certain degree of activity, which can realize secondary plating black chromium. This new process is not only practical, but also saves manhour and energy.
