100例突聋患者的脑干听觉诱发电位观察

OBSERVATION ON BRAINSTEM AUDITORY EVOKED POTENTIALS IN 100 PATIENTS WITH SUDDEN DEAFNESS

目的:观察BAEP在突聋患者中的变化规律,探讨其应用价值。方法:对突聋组患者结合正常对照,进行BAEP分析。结果:突聋患者,BAEP各波潜伏期、I—V峰间期、Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ比值明显长于正常人(PM<O.001)。结论:对突聋患者,应常规检查BAEP,若峰间期异常应行CT或MRI检查。

Objectives: To observe the changes of the brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) on patients with sudden deafness and explore the value of clinical application. Methods: The BAEP of patients with sudden deafness was compared with normal controls. Results: The BAEP of 100 patients with sudden deafness were all abnormal. The abnormal manifestations of BAEP were prolongation of peak latency and I - V ,III - V / I -III is bigger than controls normal. Conclusin: In patients with sudden deafness BAEP should be used as a routine test when BAEP was abnormal, CT or MRI should be examined.
