EGFR蛋白在胆囊良恶性病变中的表达及意义

Tbe Expression and Significance of EGFR in Benign and Malignant Chotecystic Disease

目的:探讨EGFR蛋白表达在胆囊癌癌变过程中所起的作用;探讨EGFR蛋白表达与胆囊癌生物学行为和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法对10例慢性胆囊炎、12例胆囊良性腺瘤、3例胆囊腺瘤癌变和40例胆囊癌标本进行研究。结果:EGFR在胆囊癌中的阳性表达率明显高于慢性胆囊炎和胆囊良性腺瘤(P<0.05),EGFR表达与胆囊的分化程度、浸润深度显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:EGFR与胆囊癌的发生有关,测定EGFR有助于判断胆囊癌的恶性程度和预后。

Objective: To explore the role of EGFR in the malignant change of gallbladder carcinoma and the relationship between the expression of EGFR and the biological behavior and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: 10 specimens of chronic cholecystitis, 12 specimens of benign cholecys-tic adenoma,3 specimens of adenoma with malignant change, and 40 specimens of gallbladder carcinoma were studied with immunohislochemical method. Results: The positive rale of EGFR in gallbladder carcinoma was significantly higher than those in chronic cholecystitis and benign cholecys-tic adenoma (P < 0.05). The expression of EGFR was significantly associated with the differentiation and the depth of invasion in gallbladder carcinoma ( P < 0.05) . Conclusions: EGFR was related to the occurence. The detection of EGFR was a helpful method to determine the degree of malignancy and the prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
