经尿道前列腺电汽切术治疗前列腺增生症

本组68例前列腺增生症(BPH)患者,行经尿道前列腺电汽切术(TVP)治疗,术后平均随访9个月,结果显示IPSS由22-27分降至0-3分,QOL由4-6分降至0-3分。认为TVP治疗BPH,具有止血效果好,留置尿管时间短,住院时间短,操作简单易掌握,是治疗BPH的一个极有前途的方法。
