摘要
本文应用有限元程度ANSYS中有预应力结构的模态分析方法,选用体单元和层单元建立自由轮胎(205/60R15)的三维有限元模型,考虑几何非线性和材料的正交各向异性特性,分析了自由轮胎在不同充气压力和不同转速下的固有频率和振型。
In this paper, structural solid elements and layered structural solid elements are used to create a 3-D finite element modal of a free radial tire(205/60R15). The prestressed modal analysis of ANSYS program is used to analyze natural frequencies and mode shapes of the free radial tire for different internal pressure and rotating speed, considering non-linearity in tire geometry and orthotropic materials.
