摘要
依据摩擦学、金属腐蚀学的原理,采用金属化学热处理工艺方法,改变铜合金零件表层的化学成分,控制金相组织,使铜合金零件的耐磨性和在盐酸、硫酸、海水等多种介质中的耐蚀性都显著提高。所以它是一种提高耐腐蚀磨损的有效途径,在化工装备领域中必将广泛地应用。
On the basis of tribology and metallic corrosion theory,the technology of metallic chemical heat treatment has been applied to the parts of copper alloy. By changing the chemical composition of the surface layer and controlling its metallographic structure the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the copper alloy parts in manifold mediums such as hydrochloric, sulphuric acid, and seawater are significantly increased. Thus, it is an effective way to increase the corrosive wear resistance, and will be widely used in the field of chemical equipment.
