Analysis of Death Causes of 26 Corpses through the Huoerguosi Port

本文报导了1991—1998年10月霍尔果斯口岸入出境26具尸体况调查。26名死者中,中国籍人员18例,独联体人员8例;交通事故及意外伤害13例(占50%),心脑血管疾病5例(占19%),自杀和酗酒2例,其他6例。提出应加强国际旅行保健咨询工作,提高旅行者自我调节、自我保护和自我救助等保健知识水平,减少和预防意外事故的发生。

This paper reported investigating reaults of 26 corpses entrering or leaving the Huoerguosi Port from 1991 to October 1998. There were 18 Chinese corpses, 5 Kazakh corpses, 1 Georgian corpse and 2 Kirghese corpses among 26 corpses. The death causes were that 13(5%) were traffic accident and fortuitous casualtg, 5 (19%) were cadio-cerebrovascular diseases, 2 were excessive drinking and commit suicide, 6 were others causes. According to the results, the author suggested that in order to prevent disease、accident and safeguard traveler's health. It should be streugthen the international healthcare consultation, improve traveler self-mediating, self-safeguarding, and save onself.
