摘要
将EDTA与Cd^(2+)或Hg^(2+)、Pb^(2+)以三种不同比例混合的污染液分别灌注罗非鱼嗅囊,观测DL-甲硫氮酸(DL-Met)引起的EOG变化。实验结果表明:当EOG与各种金属离子比例为1:1时,EOG接近标准值,为1:2和2:1时,EOG均有一定程度的减小,且2:1的抑制作用最明显,反映比例为1:1时,EDTA的解毒效果最佳。
The effects of the mixers of EDTA and heavy metal ions(Hg2+,Cd2+,Pb2+) on the response of Oreochromis sp. are observed by perfusing different EDTA mixtures through the olfactory capsules. The responses of electro-olfactogram(EOG) to DL-Met stimulaty are recorded and studied. The results indicated that: When the ratios of EDTA to Hg2+,Cd2+,Pb2+ in the mixers are 1:1, the amplitudes of EOC are near the normal ones. When the ratios are 1:2 or 2:1, the responses of EOG were all been inhibited in a certain degree, and the inhibition of the ratio of 2 :1 was the most distince of all. All these show that EDTA has the efficient detoxifeation when the ratios of EDTA to Hg2+,CD2+,Pb2+ are 1:1
