摘要
论述了振动主动控制的方法及应用.并将其应用于超精密加工车床的振动控制,通过振动主动控制系统与原有三通四点空气弹簧的共同作用,车床振动的振动幅大为下降,加工精度明显提高。
In this paper,the author discusses the application and design method o f active control,and applies it to the vibration control of the ultrapecision lathe.The joint action of active vibration control and 4 springs makes the vibration amplitude reduced significantly and the machining precision improved.
