摘要
通过磨损试验、脆性试验和阳极极化曲线的测试,研究了低温渗硼对钢渗硼层耐磨性、脆性和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:低温渗硼层的耐磨性和耐蚀性较高温渗硼层的有所提高,而其脆性却有所降低。
The effect of borided layer at low temperature on wear resistance and brittleness of borided layer for steel 45 was studied by means of wear test,brittleness of test and anode polarization measurement.The results showed that under the condition of boriding at low temperature wear resistance andcorsion andcorosion resistance of boried layer were increased and its brittleness was reduced.
