摘要
介绍了一种光栅横向位移遥测传感器,被测位移和光束方向垂直。该系统利用激光光栅的多普勒效应进行测量,采用差动光路结构.理论计算和实验表明,此系统测量范围大、信号质量好、分辨力和测量精度高,并具有很大景深范围,可应用于具体生产环境中的位移遥测。
A transducer for lateral romote displacement measurement is introduced in this paper. The direction of movement measured is allowed to be perpendicular to the of laser beams. The measuring peinciple of this system is based on grating Dopper effect A differential optiacal structure is adopted. The results of experiment and theoretical analysis show that this system features wide measurement range,high quality signals with high resolution and accuracy,and wide focal depth range.All of these make it very useful in the practice.
