摘要
根据提高电解磨削质量关键在于电解和机械作用合理匹配这一原则,提出了改善加工效果的相应措施,对来用恒流源的电解磨削机理进行了探讨,研制了小孔电解磨削的可调恒流脉冲电源,进行了工艺试验,给出了试验结果.
Based on the principle that the key to the improvement of electrochemical grinding (ECG)quality lies in the resonable matching of electrolytic and mechanical actions,methods of improving the machining effect are advanced in this paper. The mechanism of ECG using the constant current supply(CPS) is clarified.Then an adjustable CPS is developed.Also, machining experiments are carried out and the results are given out.
