摘要
分析了影响等离子喷涂成形的主要因素，试验研究了等离子喷涂层的结构和质量，给出了等离子喷涂成形的模具和用该模具制作的零件以及等离子喷涂成形的薄壁零件．
In this paper, it analyzes the main influencing factors of plasma spraying forming and experimentally studies the structure and quality of plasma spraying coats. The mould manufacturing by plasma spraying and the parts made be the mould are obtained. And the thin shell parts produced are also obtained by plasma spraying.
